Counterfeiting thrives because authenticity still has no demonstrable form. The digital gap leaves artisans without tools. The 2027 DPP mandate is approaching — and no one has prepared them for it.
TRAC3S solves all three: it gives every artisan product a permanent digital passport — certified on blockchain, verifiable with a tap, ESPR 2027 compliant from day one.
From the workshop
to the wardrobe.
The artisan accesses the platform. The AI gathers information in natural language about identity, manufacturing process, existing certifications, and materials used.
Photos, materials, geographic origin, production techniques. The system automatically builds the digital twin profile with structured metadata and ESG parameters.
The certificate is minted on Polygon PoS Mainnet. Immutable hash, verifiable timestamp, public smart contract. The Digital Twin is now permanent and tamper-proof.
The NFC smart label is applied to the physical object. The chip is cryptographically linked to the blockchain hash: impossible to clone, impossible to transfer without authorisation.
Anyone can verify authenticity in under 1 second with any smartphone. When resold, ownership transfers on-chain. Value is preserved over time.

The DPP becomes
mandatory in 2027.
The ESPR Regulation (EU 2024/1781) requires digital traceability for every textile product by 2027. TRAC3S is designed to be compliant from day one — not a last-minute adaptation.
ESG dataset reinforcement, technical standards alignment, interoperability testing with ERP and PLM systems.
Technical validation with industrial partners. Integration of Art. 13 ESPR for the EU DPP registry.
Connection to the European infrastructure (Art. 13 ESPR). First operational milestone.
Full alignment with final DPP standards. Multi-tier access compliant with Arts. 10–11. SME support under Art. 22.
Every product receives a permanent Unique Product Identifier, compliant with the UPID architecture defined by the regulation.
